wear a big black coat (use hockey or football pads to bulk yourself up if you need it) and black pants and shoes,
then put on an old-fashioned hockey goalie mask
and carry a fake knife with some red paint of fake blood on the end.
You can usually buy the hockey masks at second hand stores (like good will). it has to be an old one though.
